  1. I’ve also received a felony. Over Two Hydrocortozons. I had an extremely bad toothache the night be an extremely anemic. I chewed ice the entire day and got a toothacher. Really bad to think about twelve o’clock. None of my neighbors had a pain pill. So I called a friend of mine rats and. He rushed over in the middle of the night and gave me three hydro quarter. The next day I was in the midst of trying to move frantically trying something to my life. I got t boned. In a car accident. I was taking the jail because I had a warrant for a traffic ticket. In the mist of me being in jail they go through your items. And they found two hydro quarters on peels in the bottom of my purse. Although they were not mine. I did have a note with me from my doctor saying that they have described these medications for me. And that she had witnessed me. Eating abnormal amounts of ice on multiplications for my appointments. That did not seem to matter to the judge for it seemed like they bawled my Doctors excuse up and throw it away. They did not give me a warning. For i’ve never had a felony before. They did not slap me on the wrist to say if you come back in for this again, we will send you to jail. Others before me that had a lot more going on than I did. Got the slap on the wrist. Me they put me in jail. It attached a felony to my name. I’ve never in my life been a troubled child are an adult for that matter. I’ve always worked nice jobs. Always went to school always had a job and always had my own place. I was very reliable and very dependable. But after hearing that I had a felony beside my name. Everything that I had worked for went to school for try to become.
    Had been erased it felt like. I no longer got a job in my field due to these two cases. That should have been miners. In warnings. But I never got a warning on either one. I was told by a girlfriend’s uncle which was a judge. To have my case sent to him and he would have an expand. For the court system is only trying to make me out to be an example. It took me almost ten years for this too to get over. Stephen deal with. Teeth and come to grips with it being part of who I was now. It took something from me. As that’s what they wanted it to do. They wanted to demean me. Put a negative on my character. And stopped me from being productive. And that’s just what it has done. Once again, I have not had a job in my field. Medical field due too this felony and the d u I. I’m fifty four now will be fifty five this month. And I feel like i’m starting from scratch all over again. Although I have moved out of state to start a new. It still seems to be Slow sailing. Because it’s tins to want to follow me wherever I go. I can’t get an apartment. Because they run a background. And in that background check they have every date. Every incident every mistake every time I went to Jail. And it looks like a rap sheet. When it’s only one case. They don’t see the one case. They see the rap sheet. It made me out to be someone i’m not. It’s made me up to be a minute to society. When i’m an asset and i’ve always been. Some fighting from my life to return. To get something out of it before I die. Life is not been fair for a very long time. I’ve owned up to my park. I’ve taken accountability for what i’ve done to get. But I think it was a harsh of very harsentence. And it didn’t match the crime. So yeah they have a lot of hold over you. And they can betray you anyway they want to Society. And that’s how society will see you. No matter what your skill set. A matter of your mannerisms. No matter if your family person or not with good worth ethic. That means nothing. They don’t care if you lose everything you got and become homeless. As long as they prove to society that you’re not worthy. The richest china stay rich. And they’re trying to keep the poor from becoming successful by any means necessary.

  2. This d u I has interrupted my entire medical career. I worked a three day shift twelve hours a day as a unisecretary in kansas city. I got off to take my son to visit my girlfriend and her kids at the mall to see the firework. Is sitting at the light to turn into them all behind one another person. A firework went off my head turned around to see if it was a. My feet came off the paddle just a little bit. I rolled and tapped the lady in front. I put my car reverse got out. . To see if she was ok. She said she didn’t even know that I had hit her. A young police officicer Ran over as if it was a collision. Asked me to walk a straight line in which I did. He asked me to walk it again as if I didn’t walk it right the first time which I did. He tried to get me to do a third time. I told him look i’ve done what you asked i’m not for sure what your. I refused to breathe the Lazar cause I told him. I had just come from the hospital working three days twelve hour shifts. He proceeded to take me to jail anyway i’m not for sure why. My license I believe was suspended that could been a reason. That was my My second do you want. The first one what had been ten years ago. But I blew a zero point zero. In every police officer I asked said. I didn’t have anything in my system and he did not have. But because he was trying to prove something to the crowd. He took me to jail. And I never got another job in my field again let’s been almost ten years. I say all of that to say this. Police officers just don’t know how much of a life they have in their hands. And how easily they can ruin that life by jottendown a few things on a piece of page. That would stand in court. I think they have too much control Personally. My entire career has gone down the drain over zero point 09 alcohol level. I think I could have got no warning or something. But i’ve gone to jail countless times. Until I decided i’ve had enough. I went out of state for rehab. Cause local rehab was a joke. My case is now close. And i’m having to rebuild my life from scratch at an older age. Just another way to keep us submissive. To keep us behind. And to keep us from being productive. The court system doesn’t care if you have a job. Children. A car. They’re willing to strip all of that away from me. Over a minor case. That can be resolved easily without stripping your livelihood away. While they sit up in their glass, houses drink their wine and alcohol and still dry. But no one tells them they can’t. I’m pretty sure after a long day. The police officers get together. They probably have a pacific bar and grilled. They drink they eat and make getting their car and drive. And another police officer says nothing.

  3. Never was driving the car an was arrested because I was under the influence and it was my vehicle

        • i got my license suspended because apparently i was suppose to get dmv evaluation 5 days after my incident because i was taken to the hospital. Met with a doctor, was released 20 minutes later with no future appointments scheduled. The accident was on 12/30, i got a let in the maikl 1/22/24 stating my license was suspended of the 22nd because i did get see a doctor within 5 days. This was the first time of me hearing about any of this.so , callef SF chp office and found out the officer didnt even write the reprot until 3 days after, leaving only 2 days. Then they had the audacity to say it was my fault not calling them even though my father and i went to the office the day after the incident to get the dmv release forms for my car since the towed, but never once mention the 5 days i had to get an evaluation. The CHP are so incompetent and pathetic, that they can just ruin someones life because they dont have any intelligence. Honestly….What kind of human being can be like that. How can you can yourself human. The thought of ruining someones life over menial things makes me sick. They are too stupid to and are just robots.

      • I had two drinks that night when I got arrested coming out the bar for my family get together they was watching everybody coming at the bar as soon as I got to my car turned around there was behind me already

      • People say that chp can do wherever they can do with the drivers, which I don’t agree, well it’s hard to believe that everyone here in America has the same rights.

    • Did you admit to driving earlier? The police will still give you a DUI if they believe you were under the influence and admit to driving.

      • The law system and the court system is a circus of clowns that just making money while police work hard to earn their bonuses for arrests and destroy someone’s life. They should chase real criminals, but they are too pussies for that. It’s easy to just turn you to a criminal over a nothing; they will get a big bonus for destroying your life. With this cartoon system, soon will be no people left without anything on their record. Farted not in the right place, said the truth, but some pussy got offended, or some stupid crap, and you are the criminal. Chicken laugh. But real criminals let go while normal people can’t make their life. This is all created to destroy society, to hold down the development, so each day more people will lose their jobs, and not able to find a job, losing their homes, and become homeless, then become criminals because they already don’t care. The philosophy of this system is to make money out of the society, not to let it develop. Nothing to be proud of, really. Opposite, ashamed of it.

    • What did u do because my car was Flipper and I wasn’t driving they left me struggle to get out the car but I was outside the car when the police came asked where everyone went she made like I wasn’t getting a dui I was dizzy my head felt foggy but I declined on the scene doctor because she said let’s do this and I’ll get u home took me straight to jail

I was arrested for what they say is my first offense but my sister-in-law was the one who caused all of it calling the police for no apparent reason I wasn’t even in my truck when they arrested me I had stopped at a gas station for gas and was coming out the store even the lady at the store tried telling the police I have a severe medical condition in 2018 had two open heart surgeries within six months apart which my heart is only at 30 percent of it’s function but in Morgan County Tennessee the police department here is corrupt fact the state here at one time sent in federal agents to take control of it till new police were hired fact like a part of the county they hired a 19 year old chief of police fact

  5. I can not get the probable cause report from the arresting agency. They will not release it. When i got my DWI I was not in the vehicle. The officer gauged his suspicion based on the smell and hearsay. I was arrested and convicted. The case is under an appeal. Please advise.

    • Do you have an attorney taking care of your appeal? They should be able to get the report.

        • Who’s is taking your case for 1500 what county is this in Bradley county law is murdering people getting away with it everyday I turned myself in for a DUI 1ST OFFENSE told me to do 48 hrs they refused me blood work they refused me alcohol blowing test I failed the test cause they took my glasses off my face told me to follow there finger I couldn’t see I am blind in my left eye I passed heel toe they said I counted 2001 multiple times that’s a lie I never counted I called 911 begging for help I had no breaks told them every street I was on I was passing the court house going 55mph by this time the county law passed me didn’t try to stop traffic and put his SUV in front of my car to maybe help me no I had a major accident that almost eneded my life I was talking to 911 the whole time then when I said well I do 48hrs loose my license for something I never done ok fine I turn. Myself in they take me put me in the police car drive me out of the courts 4 feet to the bye docks left me in a hot car by myself no air car off windows up I couldn’t breath by the time they found me I was DOA on arrival EMT said it took them 39 seconds to get my heart back beating again they lied on my paper work said I was having seizures so they took to one hospital that said my body temp was 109 they airlifted me to Erlanger on life support for 4 days told my family I probably wouldn’t come off the vent I got to Erlanger they had my body packed in ice my temp was still 106 when I got to Erlanger those cops almost took my life that cop looked in the car he knew I was having a hard time breathing he opened the door for two seconds shuts it back and walks off that’s the last I remember now my family wants me to go back to the same jail remind u I just came out of brain ICU cause of the law almost killed me they lied on my papers I have hospital papers will prove there lieing and so will the tapes I not going back to that jail cause this time they may just finish what they they had done killed me the Bradley county law has 3 lawsuits against them for wrongful deaths cover ups I will not go back to that jail I believe I can beat my case 1,000 percent and put a law suite to I need to find me an attorney that will go against Bradley county that’s not scared of the law here that will help me i have the money to pay whatever please somebody point me in the right direction

      • I had an attorney. Paid. All fines lost license for 3 years
        Now able to get my license

  6. I was convicted on dui meth in tn 2019 and they put a restriction on my license to get a intoxalock device before I can even get a license is that even legal?

  7. I live in NM but got pulled over in CA for DUI. I told the officer i have a bad knee but took the field sobriety test. He later asked for me to take a breathalyzer but I declined. I was later taken to a station and was given a blood test outside the station by a random nurse. I was later booked and released hours later. I was 100 percent non biligrent and non slurred and he still charged me. I asked what my blood test was but he did not tell me. Was this right or should I take action in court coming up?

      • In AZ if you refuse testing your license is suspended for a year even before you’re found guilty. How is any of that legal?

        • When you get your license in AZ you sign something saying you will commit to all testing. If you refuse it’s automatic suspension. That’s why there is a hearing you have to request right away with the MVD after getting a DUI.

          • I just got filed on from a felony dui cuz I had a suspended license so made it a felony. The case is from may 2020 they just filed! No alcohol in system. Did a UA and had coke opiates and weed in system. I was not high when driving. Drugs stay in ur system for days. I just moved into a new condo and I work from home cuz I’m in poor health. I have two dogs I take care of and no one to take care of em if I went away. Is there a way to get this case dismissed for filing on me so many years later or house arrest or instead of serving jail time. I have health issues which I get checked up on every few weeks until I’m healed . I can’t go to jail or prison right now. This is in Tucson az

    • I fell asleep in my truck at a red light. After being awake for 18 hours and the cops charged me with a DUI because I had a half empty can of air duster in the truck I told them it is for work because I work at a sawmill and around computers. I had a blood and urine test done. Still waiting on results.

  8. I got a dui on 5/2022. I got my 3rd dui 9/2012. I have court on 11/03/2022. No alcohol involved. The cop smelled weed. He asked me when I last smoked, I failed field sobriety test bc I use a cane and under a doctors care.

  9. The jail lost my blood work and my lawyer keeps resetting my case now 4 months, and 2 court dates later I’m wondering if they can even convict me without any evidence?

    • Your lawyer should get this dropped. The delay may be a tactic he/she is using to wear down the prosecutor and judge. The longer the case goes on the more likely it will go in your favor.

      • Well I’ve gotten a lot of court dates for this so call DUI and they always say it’s been canceled. And I haven’t still received a court date yet and I need my drivers license for work and insurance for wen I purchase another vehicle. A hardship or something fast.

My DUI were 2013 he followed me because he said I ran a stop sign but I knew for a fact I stopped but I am from Atlanta Georgia and I was in cordele Georgia and I was in a new car I followed the steps that he told me to take and I ended up at the hospital for them to take a blood test cuz he could not prove that I was DUI blowing through the device

I got a DUI year’s ago moved a couple of times in the process and started DUI classes still have no license last time I did a DUI classes for over two month’s to get talked into going to a rehabilitation center stay there for almost two weeks to come back to the DUI classes to get turned away she dmv a letter saying in compliance what do I do my mother is 73 I can’t get around like that I’m here in Camden New Jersey she in Delaware I need my license lost my job I messed up but been trying to get my license since some help me what do I do now

  12. i got arrested for DUID. ulled over for tints, the officer saw me come out a hotel parking lot, he asked if i was at the hotel to buy drugs i said no, i then refused to let them search my vehicle and after that the officer forcibly grabbed my arm and started taking a heart beat rate, he then concluded i was under the influence and pukked me out and searched my vehicle, he made me do field test . he didnt let me take my contact lenses off for eye tracking and my contacts wer really dry. all in all i was 0 on breathelyzer but i was partying 2 days prior and had meth in my blood but wasnt high at time of stop. show should i fight this

    • Did they get a blood test? This will be the biggest piece of evidence against you. Your lawyer may have to investigate how meth affects your blood levels if has been a few days. The field sobriety test you can argue against.

      • No tests. He said I refused and I did not. Sat behind hosp excess of 2 hrs nurses came out and took my BP and temp. I thought I was getting a blood test even asked nurses. They said no

  13. I got a DUI Thursday night in my condo parking lot. Someone called the police because my music was to loud. I was asleep and my car was running. I refused breathalyzer they took me to the hospital for a blood test!!!!

    • Jeff that is a tough situation. Did you tell them you were previously driving the car or just sitting in your car listening to music? Make sure your lawyer says you were not driving (you did not go anywhere that night) but listening to music.

        • A lot of states require the IID for a first time DUI no matter what it is from. You can check with a DUI lawyer but I don’t think there is much they can do since the state issues the IID requirement. What state was your DUI arrest in?

      • Well we had a car wreck and then after the fire department came and warmed us and got a EMT to take us to the hospital I was 13 years old my passenger was 16 years old the judge line Bearden said that I would be able to get my license by the time I was 16 but that’s not true they won’t even give me a ticket to drive on so that I can get back-and-forth to work or back-and-forth to school or back-and-forth to do you are class or whatever myself my personal opinion since my parents was not present Calhoun did what they wanted to do and I’ve been paying for it ever cents

        • No it doesn’t matter where you are. If your operating anything under the influence you can get a DUI. But being on private property and not driving can help show you weren’t being a danger to anyone. Most situations police shouldn’t care as long as your not going anywhere but some police can be real sticklers unfortunately.

    • THEY DID THAT TO ME! They took me to the hospital now every month I get a $250 bill from collections when theyre supposed to take you to the jail.

      • I don’t don’t get any test nurses took my BP and temp told cop I need to be in hosp he refused took me to jail after sitting in hosp parking lot over 2 hours took my service dog I have for PTSD and wouldn’t release me until next day. Was arrested in the morning

  14. I was just convicted of my first DUI this week and I was just diagnosed with Cognitive impairment from a prior TBI this month.

    I blew a 0.00 but still was arrested for DUI.
    I failed field test and blood test show a slight sign of weed use.

    • You should be able to get this dropped as long as you have the necessary papers showing the impairment. Plus it’s your first charge so they might show leniency. Weed levels need to be low too.

  15. I possessed a CDL-B-XPT since 1996. I received my first DUI in my automobile 06/2010. 2nd DUI in 11/2013. My CDL was disqualified. 11 years later I need it reinstated. Any chance ?

    • Depends on the state and what the previous DUI charge outcomes were. But I do think there is a good chance of getting it back.

      • I was arrested for a dui for the 3rd time in 8 yrs but the other 2 cases were thrown out. I’m just trying to see if they will have any affect on this case

        • Yes they will have an affect on your current case. Depending on your arrest details, the prosecutor will likely want a harsher punishment due to the previous arrests. Your attorney can argue that they were dismissed and therefore should be irrelevant.

          • I took my anxiety and blood pressure medicine and got dizzy behind the wheel causing me to rear end a car. He charged me with dui and property damage but no alcohol was involved. Just refused the breathlzer. I told him i was still dizzy and he failed me on my sobriety test. How can i get this thrown out?

          • Taking the breathalyzer would have helped you in this case BUT if you have a decent lawyer they can probably drop it if conditions are met. It will depend on your history and how bad the sobriety test was.

    • I just went to the court house and got a interlock wavier so I wouldn’t have to get it and I got approved

  18. I was lost in an unfamiliar town an hour away from where I live. I stopped in a parking lot too check my gps. When I pulled out of the parking lot they pulled out behind me & pulled me over. They did not read me my rights & this was my 1st and only time being arrested or in trouble. They told me I make too much for a public defender, but I can not afford legal counsel. Can u help me find a lawyer who would consider taking payments. It was in Lynchburg Va thank you

    • Im a disabled vet who had a single car accident pass the field test while i was dealing with them my wife and 6 month old son was in the emergency lane waiting and 3 cop cars come down the lane doing 70 i got mad and they arrested me for dui so they could get my blood and i was never read my rights

    • don’t drink n I was hit n ran into 2 telephone poles and flipped my truck and I was knocked out , and the cop was told a black pick up was doing donuts and driving arratically , the cop assumed it was meet in a maroon pick up.. the fire Dept had to cut my windshield to pull me from my truck , I was injured suffering from concussion , no lights or shoes and asked me to perform a road side sobriety cuz I had slurred speech and unstable on my feet , I told him I wasn’t comfortable doing it as I was just knocked out and injured , and in shock , he advisedmy husband and daughter he thought I was dead , and pinned under my truck! I was then arrested and treated poorly bcuz I was going in n out of consciousness, at the jail another cop threatened to baah my head into the floor . I also answered truthful to prescribed medication . No probable cause or illegal anything on me and then searched my vehicle w out me present ! He then stomped on his brakes causing me to bash my head off the cop car window and laughed n no seat belt . He never stated any of my accident EMT , or fire truck presence or my truck flipped over, only tht I crashed into a pole.. n slurred speech m unstable on my feet in citation.. I need help I hvnt had a ticket in 6 years even or accident in 6 years… Not my fault

      • Yes i need help. I got a DUI in 2010. I haven’t had another DUI since. I don’t have $300.00 for ass evaluation. I’m on a fix income. I get ssi. Looking for some help to get this off my record or pay less than $300.00 for my evaluation. If someone can help i really thank you.

          • I’ve been trying to get help with my DUI since it happened. I can’t afford to pay for assessment. I’m on a fix income. I haven’t had drink since i got the DUI. I really need help to get this DUI off my record or help to pay for the evaluation.

          • Timothy, the initial evaluation/consultation is with an attorney and is free. The lawyer can provide a payment plan possibly. Unfortunately there is no financial aid but you can always ask for a public defender.

    • I need help with getting my license back it’s been years since I got this D.U.I and I completed instinsive out patient treatment from three different treatment center but all the same Providence chemical dependency center. Now it’s been years I want to get my license back. My coulser from the last treatment center says I didn’t complete it. And I did he was suspose to send blue form in. I lost my yellow copy of it. It’s the only thing that’s holding me back to get my license back. It’s my main problem to get it back.

I went out with a couple friends I had a couple beers went home and realized I let my jacket so about 130 I went back to get my jacket and office pull me over indicating I was on the phone look at CNN what could be that important that time of morning…. snmh to make a long story short I had a hug knot on side of foot causing not walk right and different breathing went to court and charges dropped to a fine which I paid and reinstatement fee. But now dmv is saying something different and charges… how can anyone be charged twice … court case dropped to a fine and dmv charges. It’s all about money everyone get a piece of the my lawyer court and dmv what kind of system do we have in the United States. I work hard and pay taxes but everyone wants more and more. I give all to my God my savior no matter what… I there a lawyer that will help and not just take money I don’t have.

  23. Georgia arrest here and I wrecked by going off the road and running over a dead stump then correcting it and stopping in a driveway without problem. Never recieved medical treatment or offered it at all even though I told everyone present of my disability and that I have epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, and mental health disorders that cause my actions and motor functions to be seen incorrectly as intoxication. I took breathalyzer test and blew .000 then passed 2 of the 4 sobriety tests I kept telling them I can not do with my conditions. I have been forced to plea under heavy medications and and given the harshest penalties they could and need help on how to appeal and who to talk to. I was not intoxicated at all and have witnesses to the fact of that.

    • I had an accident …crossed 3 lanes, hit an oncoming car and crossed back to the correct side of the road and hit a light post. I was woke up by an officer tapping on the window and telling me to turn the engine off and give him the keys. He performed a field sobriety test and I passed with no problem. Also blew a 0.0. I had been suffering from post concussion syndrome and the cop reported to the state that I had a seizure and that was the cause of acident. My license was suspended from that even tho I had no charges. About 7 months later I got my 1st dui, plead out and served time, now Im dealing with # 2, dwls in 3rd and dui. it’s be that they can do stuff like report a non existent medical condition!!

Need my license too go see my 3 boys at my 1 hour once a week visit also I should be charged 1st offense judge changed it too 2nd cause old DUI that was amended too wreckless driving almost 10 years ago! The cops never read me my rights or told me what I was charged with I agreed too take blood test at hospital went straight too jail after! Plus arresting officer has personal problem with me and knows my vehicle well! Conspiracy too me and I’m seeking justice and have a witness that was we with me at the scene!!!

  26. This is my first time ever with a DUI/ OWI first offense. This is my first time of any drinking/drug related problems as this police officer is charging me with all because I was leaving a home that was suspicious of drug possession or dealing. Whatever there reason I was pulled over they are trying to charge me with a DUI/owi first offense all because I openly admitted to doing an eye test after the office was reading my right never got through them all before asking me if I had been drinking, or smoking weed, or why my eyes were blood shot witch they were not I had openly admitted to using weed two days before the pull over. At no point was I ever under arrest. This is literally a huge mess.

  27. Hey I was having a mental breakdown on the 15th coming from a bar where I’d had four mikes hard lemonade drinks three or so hours before. I called 911 and they sent the cops to the interstate where I had pulled over. The officer saw two bottles in the front seat that were empty. They were from the ride down over 8 hours before. He asked me to get out of the car and gave me a field sobriety test. I passed them all with flying colors. He then said I had passed but said he thought I was a functioning alcoholic. He placed me under arrest for suspected dui. He didn’t read me my Miranda rights. The only test he’d let me give was the blood test. I asked repeatedly to give a breath test but he refused to give me one. Based on that alone it seems like it’ll be easy to toss out right?

  28. I was sleeping in my car for a couple hours waiting until morning to drive and I was woken up by officers at my window with flashlights and they took me out of the car to do a field test. They claimed they received a call stating I was “driving in the wrong lane” within the last hour but I had been asleep for at least 2 hours.. so it was definitely inaccurate. Do I have any chance of getting help with these details??

  29. Is there any way to dispute if you think the police officer altered your breath test score?

    This is my first offense. I barely got off work and had a mixed drink and felt competent to drive home. On my way home a vehicle was getting very close to me and I looked in my rear view mirror trying to see if they wanted to pass. It was dark. I went over the center line because I was looking at the vehicle behind me and was pulled over. I took the sobriety test and was unsure about the breath test because of the inaccuracy but took it anyway. I swear I heard the officer say I blew a .07 and do I thought I was off BUT one of the officers said I was being dishonest? They decided to arrest me. There were two police officers, a rookie and someone overseeing him. Once in the car logging the information in, the officer overseeing the rookie told him that I blew .087 which upset me. Once I got to the jail and the alcohol settled I blew a .094.

    My first conviction of any crime. I ruined my future career in criminal justice and my opportunity to become a TSO at my airport which I’m about to submit a background check for. I go to school and have two jobs living on my own. I’m devastated.

      • I was in a car accident where I swerved to keep from hitting an elk. Hit a tree instead on National Park Land…I was in the ambulance when Park Ranger had me blow on breathalyzer and was being administered fentanyl at same time and then given the eye gaze test and no further field sobriety. Was never told what I blew on the test. And she left… She later showed up after some considerable time and handed me my citations. But said I was not being arrested. She never read me my rights or informed me of my right to speak to an attorney. Also no date of appearance was on the citations and the color of my vehicle was also totally wrong. Quite a difference between metallic gray and black as stated on the citations. I need a miracle

  30. I was pulled over and took the eye test, then step test then eye test again then counting test which he you me to count backwards from 58 til he say stop then he’s says he told me count from 63 back,all the while he’s telling me I’m not gonna be arrested but I got arrested

  31. I totaled my car and was given a field test. The officer arrested me and charged me with a DUI of prescription medication, but my medicine is okay to drive on… So the cop didn’t ask me if I had been drinking until AFTER I gave blood… Now what? Eeek. Court is in two days. I’m hoping for a miracle worker to come my way.

    • Diaz, this is not uncommon for police to give you a DUI based on a field sobriety test that most sober people cannot pass. A good lawyer should get it dropped. Make sure your lawyer also files the motion to get your driving privileges reinstated too.

  37. First dui actually first time I have ever been in any trouble they did not read me my rights however they did arrest me. I need my license in order to get kids to school, get to dr appointments as I was in a serious accident in May last year and also have counseling appointments, and I need my license to get too and from an upcoming job (local)

    • Brandi, Since it is your first they might show some leniency. What they will look at is all the testing evidence they used to arrest you for DUI (BAC, field sobriety test, glassy eyes etc.) Depending on the state you live in, your attorney can get you a restricted driving permit. OR hopefully the attorney we set you up with will get it all dropped.

      • I was charged with a Dui bac.19. First offense from 2015. Still today have not received another dui.I was never informed of my rights to the data master. I never signed anything pertaining to the data master. I have no charge or conviction of dui showing on my sled report. But yet I have a suspended license for incompletion of adsap. Why is that?
